Susan is an experienced cook who has worked for one of the UK’s largest chalet holiday companies. When cooking, she uses fresh home-grown herbs and as many seasonal fresh vegetables and organic items as possible - eggs and milk are from a local farm.

If you or any of your party are vegetarian, vegan or need a gluten free diet there is no need for concern. Susan will ensure that all dietary requirements are fulfilled and everyone in your party has interesting, satisfying and tasty meals.
